We are a dynamic real estate wholesale company seeking a sharp-minded Acquisitions Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This contract-to-hire position offers the chance to prove your mettle and transition into a full-time role with a competitive salary.

What You'll Do:

• Hunt Down Deals: Be the bloodhound, sniffing out on-market and off-market single-family and small multifamily properties with potential.

• Master the Acquisition Art: Hone your cold calling, emailing, and texting skills to connect with motivated sellers, build rapport, and uncover hidden gems.

• Focus on the Fixer-Uppers: Identify distressed properties ripe for renovation and cash offers.

• Think Outside the Box: Get creative on financing! Propose win-win deals for turnkey properties using seller financing, lease options, and other innovative strategies.

• Analyze & Negotiate: Assess property condition, research comps, and present compelling offers to secure lucrative deals.

• Build Relationships: Be a friendly face, cultivating trust and long-term connections with sellers and investors.

What to expect:

• Position is a 1099 contractor (be sure to save for taxes!)

• 20% Commission: How much you work is up to you; the more contracts we close the more you make!

• We will take it from lead to deed. We bring closers, EMD, Transaction coordinators, vetted title companies, and our own buyers list.

• You will have access to our CRM and dialer system. 

• We will provide off market and on market prospects to call, text, and email.
